Signs!

Next week is the Rummage and Bake Sale so we had to get busy making the signs today! By the time we were done, we were covered in glitter and glue!

We did our annual balloon launch this past Friday. We wrote our names down in balloons, filled them with helium and sent them flying into the air! Hopefully we hear back and see how far they went! Either way, it was a fun time and nice outside for the launch!

About Me!

Today we had crafts outside because it was so nice out! We made "About Me" posters. Each resident had a poster to fill out - listing hobbies, likes and dislikes, where they've been and lived... It was nice to hear their stories! For example, David has been to almost all the states but Hawaii and Alaska! Check the posters out in the activity room next time you are here!

Here fishy, fishy!

The fish are back! Check out the Country View pond and all the fish. We have Koi fish and catfish and they love when you feed them!

Cinco de Mayo!

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Today we had a Cinco de Mayo lunch party. Crystal made some delicious homemade burritos from Carol's recipes, so good! We ate in the activity room for a change of pace and had Mexican music as background music, we had a great time!
