Collage!

Every year we make a photo collage with all the pictures of things we do throughout the year. We finished the 2009 collage today and it looks great! Here are some of the residents holding the new 2009 collage! Check it out in the activity room next time you are visiting!

Raspberry Chocolate Croissants - yum!

We made a new recipe at Country View - Raspberry Chocolate Croissants! The raspberries are just starting to come out at Country View and so we wanted to try something new with them! These are delicious! The recipe will be in the October newsletter, try them out!

Balloon Launch!

Today was the balloon launch! We sent about 50 balloons up in the air with a note to write us back so hopefully we'll get some letters back and see how far they go! We got quite a few back last year - we have a lot of fun doing this activity!
